VAIL-60S 10′ x 2′ Single-Sided Graphic Package. With a solid outside finish unlike the ASPEN-40D, the VAIL-60S is a single-sided extrusion with a profile width of 60mm. The VAIL-60S is rigid because its backside has a longer metal edge for reinforcement, making it especially great for wall mounting and hanging overhead. Plus, it is lightweight; however, for widths longer than 4ft., it is not recommended to be used as a free-standing display without a support because of its thin profile width. When installing the fabric graphic, the keter can fit 12mm deep and 3mm wide into the keter trough.This extrusion is not compatible with lights (cannot be backlit).

Print Process: Full Color Dye Sublimation
Hardware Setup: : To make one edge of the frame, take two cut VAIL-60S extrusions and, between, add Split Connector; tighten. Repeat this twice. Take one completed 10′ edge and one 2′ edge and slide in Corner Connector; tighten. Repeat this three times. Vertically insert ends of VAIL-40C into top and bottom of the frame; tighten.
Upgrade to Replace: VAIL Toolless Corner Connector and VAIL Split Connectors
Graphic Installation: Transversely, push corners of graphic into the frame’s recessed groove. Then, starting midway on the frame going toward the corners, continue pushing in the straight edges of the graphic on all four sides.
