This is a quick guide to get you started with finding the best products for your needs, understanding how to order those products and helping you begin the graphic printing process if your products comes with graphics.
Choose Trade Show Artwork
Choose Your Products. We have hundreds of styles of trade show displays. You’ll find that these come in many different shapes and sizes. Take your time to find just the right one to meet your marketing needs. When you find a product you want, just click on the Add to Cart button to add your product to the shopping cart. After doing this, you can either proceed to checkout or continue shopping. Don’t forget to add some useful accessories to complement your product purchase. You are able to edit your shopping cart at anytime. You can add or delete products as needed. You may view the contents of your shopping cart at anytime by using the shopping cart summary located in the upper right corner of each page.
Shopping Trade Show Artwork
Place Your Order. When you have finished placing the products you want in your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout. On the checkout page you can review your order. Don’t forget LED lights, carrying case and other accessories. Once you have reviewed your order then fill out the billing, shipping and payment information. Click the Place Order button and you’re good to go.
Upload Trade Show Artwork
Upload Artwork. Now you’re ready to upload your artwork if your product requires graphics. Locate the graphic template for your product. These are located on the product page under the Graphic Template tab. Place your artwork on your product’s graphic template, and upload it to us. The link to the upload page is located on the menu bar at the top of each page. The sooner you send us your artwork the faster your graphic production will start.
Approve Trade Show Artwork
Proof Approval. Once your artwork has been uploaded it will take 1-2 days for a graphic proof to be created and sent to you. Your graphic template will be checked to make sure the graphic requirements have been met. We are not responsible for nor held accountable for any graphic design flaws or misspellings. Once you have received the graphic proofs and approve them you will be asked to sign a graphic approval release stating you approve the graphic proofs. Once we receive the signed graphic approval release, the graphic production begins. The production time varies per product. The production time is usually stated on the product page.
Shipping Trade Show Artwork
Your Product Ships. Your product will be shipped as soon as your graphic has been printed. If your product didn’t require a printed graphic then it will usually ship in 2-3 days. With most of our orders we will be able to supply you with a tracking number.
Receive Trade Show Artwork
Product Received. When you receive your product make sure you inspect it to make sure the printing is correct as you approved. Also check for any damages. If there are any problems with your order, please call us immediately at 844-203-6588.
