Folding Panel displays are one of the most common sights at a trade show, and there’s a reason for this. These units offer a number of practical purposes, making them a versatile addition to your booth. Here are just a few of the ways you can use panel displays at your next trade show or convention.
Walls/barriers – Perhaps the primary function of a panel display is to act as a wall or barrier to divide your space and keep it separate from your competitors’ space. Floor-standing panels do this automatically, as these are usually large enough to make an effective barrier. Folding panel displays can also be configured in ways to create walkways for attendees in your booth, or you can use them to cordon off particular areas for a designated use, such as meeting space for you and new clients.
Information call-outs – The secondary function of folding panel displays are to deliver information about your company to your booth visitors. You’ll never see a plain panel at a trade show, and that’s because they serve as blank slates for displaying your business name, logo, custom graphics, product highlights and more. Panels are usually made of fabric that can either be directly imprinted with graphics, or graphics can be affixed to them with Velcro or magnetic strips.
Merchandising products – You’ll often see trade show panel displays being used at retail exhibitions and conventions, and this is because they are ideal for selling products. Panels can be upgraded with add-on features, such as shelves, counters, and storage cabinets, which are perfect for selling merchandise. They also give the look and feel of a brick-and-mortar store, which can be more difficult to pull off with other exhibit types.
Presentations – Another common use for folding panel displays is to provide supporting information during presentations or meetings. As discussed previously, panels can be customized with whatever you like, so you can designate particular panels to contain presentation-specific information.
